5-Day Mindfulness & Yoga Retreat in Sintra
Set in a restored 19th-century quinta nestled in the UNESCO-listed Sintra hills, this 5-day retreat offers an unhurried immersion into mindfulness and yoga practice. Each day begins with a sunrise meditation overlooking the Atlantic, followed by a 90-minute Hatha yoga session. Afternoons offer forest walks, guided breathwork sessions, and time for personal reflection. Evenings close with a candlelit yin yoga practice and shared vegetarian dinner made from produce grown on the estate. Our small group of 10 participants ensures genuine individual attention from our lead teacher. This is not a performance retreat β it is a space for honest, embodied practice in one of Europe's most naturally extraordinary settings. The quinta is 40 minutes from Lisbon by train, making it genuinely accessible for international visitors. Transport from Sintra station is included.
