What does "1 credit = 1 listing for 30 days" mean?
When you publish a listing using a credit, that listing stays active and visible in the directory for 30 days. After 30 days it expires automatically. You can renew by spending another credit. Credits never expire — only active listings do.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Credits or Pro at any time. Downgrading from Pro takes effect at the end of your billing period. Unused credits remain on your account when you switch plans.
Is there a booking commission?
No. We never take a cut of your retreat bookings. Enquiries go directly to your email — the connection between you and your participants is entirely yours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. For Pro annual plans, bank transfer is available on request — contact us.
Can I get a refund?
Credits are non-refundable once used. If you haven't used any credits, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — you'll retain access until the period ends.
